St. Thomas Episcopal Church Women faithfully support the outreach ministries of the church. The ECW contributes to Safe Harbor, Butler County DHR (Department of Human Resources), the Food Pantry, Wilmer Hall, Camp Beckwith, Hope Ministries, the Rector’s Discretionary Fund, and the nursing home Christmas gift project through proceeds from their annual Bazaar held on the Friday closest to Veteran's Day each year.

The ladies of St. Thomas also plan, prepare, and serve the Lenten Series Lunches and various receptions. The Bereavement Committee prepares and coordinates meals for parish families who have lost loved ones and for church families who need help.
